- Make ready NB you can add pine nuts, mixed seeds (whatever you like)
Heat butter in a pot over medium-high heat. And because they are vegetarian, they are low in saturated fat. The chickpeas and walnuts are great sources of protein and fiber, so they are perfect to serve while everyone is waiting for the main course. Add garlic, panko, vegan parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and remaining spices.

- Top the Mushrooms with the mixture and place in the oven for 25-30mins. Remove (you can crumble a small amount of feta on top) Then serve with vegetables or side salad.

Fill up the cap with the carrot panko mixture and press down. Remove the Stalks from the Mushrooms and place in food processor.
