- Take a small katori grease it. And pour the batter to ¾ of the katori.
- Now take grill and plate in kadai. Put up to the katori's in kadai. also place in 4 chocolate pieces in centre of each katori. with the help of spoon, gently push the chocolate pieces inside and cover with batter.
- Bake for 15 minutes.allow it to cool for about 5 minutes before removing.now scrape the sides with a knife and invert onto plate, pat gently.
