- Add Onion in oil and fry till soft then add garlic and fry for 1 min.
- Then add peas and carrot and fry for 1min.
- Add sauces and salt and black pepper.
- Boil noodles and mix with the sauce and mix well.
- Spread the noodles in pan and put an egg in the middle of noodles and cover for 10 min till egg cooked.
- Dish out noodles and sprinkle mix herbs on it and ready.
